The Museum at 8966 Routes 5 and 20 is open Monday evenings, April through October.
Hours of operation: Monday Evenings from 6pm till dusk.
Member meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm.
There is no admission charge to visit the Historical Society of West Bloomfield. Donations are welcome.

Our 2015 Membership drive is now underway! We invite you to join us in learning about and appreciating our community and its place in history. You will be warmly welcomed..... and the demands on your time will be minimal... You will be part of a dedicated Community effort! Membership dues for Jan. – Dec. 2015 are as follows: Single – $12, Family – $15, Senior (age 62+) – $10, Student – $8 and Business – $25. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2015, 7 PM. Come to the museum for a celebration of the tradition of canning and the famous Ball jar. Member Leslie Giering, who grew up in the shadow of the Ball Company, will share her unique collection of jars and a presentation on the company’s evolution and connections to western New York. Learn how canning and preserving flourished during some of America’s most challenging times, such as the Great Depression and World War II. In honor of our region’s long history of vegetable farming and canning, we invite you to bring their own family canning recipes, stories, and tools. The program is open to the public.
